These resources were developed through a partnership between the Association of Bay Area Health Officers (ABAHO), the Bay Area Mass Prophylaxis Working Group (BAMPWG), and the Bay Area UASI, using local and national best practices from COVID-19. The Bay Area V-POD Operations Plan is designed as a base plan to lay out the process for setting up, managing, and operating vaccine field operations for three V-POD configurations (Mobile, Walk-in, and Drive-through). The Field Operations Guides (FOG) for each model address the unique attributes of each approach. A PPT training was developed to provide an overview of V-POD operations and can be used to train personnel who will be implementing the various V-POD models.
